With digital advancements, the university launched technical mechanisms enabling visitors and beneficiaries to submit proposals and feedback directly to officials, including the university president, under the framework of “eParticipation.” This initiative provides multiple digital channels for citizens, residents, and businesses to interact with the university electronically, with prompt responses and data privacy assured.

Participation in Decision-Making and Policy Development

The university actively utilizes feedback received through the portal to improve internal work methods, transforming input into actionable results that positively affect institutional operations. This process begins with identifying strategic priorities, drafting general policies, and concluding with decisions that serve public interest and support university goals.
